And this is because these small insects get everywhere, which is very unpleasant and hard to get rid of. - 225g boric acid
- 150ml condensed milk
- A bowl (that you are not going to use again)
- A spoon (that you are not going to use again)
- Gloves
Get a bowl, preferably one that you are not going to use again, and add in some boric acid (household antiseptic sold in pharmacies) with condensed milk. The condensed milk is to attract the ants.
Mix until you get a smooth paste.
Then, wearing gloves, make small balls out of the prepared mixture.
Place these balls in different areas of the house where there are ants especially if you know where they nest.
Always keep these balls out of the reach of children and pets.
The ants will find the balls, attracted by the sweetness of the condensed milk, and they will eat the mixture.
What you want is for the ants to carry the boric acid to their colony so that the queen ant eats it too and, therefore, the colony will die off.
