Boil lemon peel in a pot and place the hot mixture into a container. Leave it in the oven for a few hours, you will notice its smell change to a fresh and pleasant scent.

After I clean my oven I just run it on broil or max temperature for about 20 minutes and *BAM* any oven cleaner smell is gone without masking agents. If 20 minutes isn't enough then simply let it stay hot for +5 minute intervals until any smell is gone. Usually if 20 minutes isn't enough it's just because your oven may take longer to preheat.

This is a helpful tip, thank you very much for sharing! We would just like to add that we should be careful not to breathe any fumes which arise from the oven after cleaning as oven cleaner can be very strong.
